• We will draft your Residential Contract for sale and purchase. You provide the detail, and we'll do the rest.  We will draft all required addenda, download any disclosures from MLS and prepare any office-specific forms needed, such as buyer disclosures, wire fraud notices, etc. We'll have it all ready for your review within 60 minutes. We will create editable documents in your system, dotloop/appfiles/skyslope and more. 

$50 Residential contract for sale and purchase prep 

$40 Same buyer, new contract 

$40 Listing agreement prep

$20 Additional fee for rush/holiday/weekend/after 5pm 

The Fine Print

• You must already be registered with us prior. We need access to your system login, we do not provide the forms/signing system.
• You will provide the names, address, terms of the offer in an email.
• We will only send on your behalf to your client for e-signing upon your written approval.
• Payment is due upon invoice, regardless of the contract execution.
• Evenings and weekends have limited availability.
