We prepare a release and cancellation, follow up for execution, send to all parties and coordinate return of escrow deposit. 


Full-service contract to close is $500 per transaction.

We do not share your information or your clients information with anyone thats not involved in the transaction and we are very secure. We have strict guidelines and unless you grant us permission to share any information, it will be kept confidential. You are our clients and we put you first.


Yes, we are full service.  This is completely up to you. However, it is most efficient if we are able to communicate directly with your client.  It will be your decision how informed you want to be, some agents don't want to be copied on the day to day small stuff and some want to see every email as it goes out. We will always CC you on emails with important correspondence. 


Christine Matus will personally be your Transaction Coordinator and handle all of the details and communication with all parties. 


As we start any working together we will have a conversation about you preferences for updates. Do you like email or phone updates? Do you want them on a daily basis or a weekly basis or as they happen. Weekly reports with timelines go out every Friday.


Agents go into business because they like people real estate is a relationship business. They don't go into business because they like paperwork. Paperwork can be tedious, unfulfilling, a necessary evil. I'm going to let you in on a secret... YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO IT! Believe it or not, there are people out there (like me!) that love paperwork! Real estate is not an easy industry and it can be challenging to establish a work-life balance. You deserve to treat your limited time as the valuable asset it really is. Hiring a first class transaction coordinator will help you free up time to focus on building your business.
