What happens if the Contract Terminates

Is there a cancellation fee for full service transaction coordinating?
Should your transaction fail to close for any reason, you won’t owe us a fee. No “ifs, ands, or buts” about it. Our guarantee is that simple. We are committed to your success. We only get paid when you do!
How will you keep me updated?
Before we start any working together we will have a conversation about you preferences for updates. Do you like email or phone updates? Do you want them on a daily basis or a weekly basis. These questions will be answered so that we have a plan in place before our first transaction.
Are my files secure and confidential?
We do not share your information or your clients information with anyone thats not involved in the transaction and we are very secure. We have strict guidelines and unless you grant us permission to share any information, it will be kept confidential. You are our clients and we put you first.
What is a Transaction Coordinator?
A Transaction Coordinator assists the agent and broker in the processing of a Real Estate file, gathers all information, reviews each document and follows up on the contractual items. Besides making sure your real estate file is compliant with State, a Transaction Coordinator will free plenty of your time to prospect and meet future clients.
Will you contact my clients directly?
Yes, we are full service. This is completely up to you. However, it is most efficient if we are able to communicate directly with your client. It will be your decision how informed you want to be, some agents don't want to be copied on the day to day small stuff and some want to see every email as it goes out. We will always CC you on emails with important correspondence.
Will I have one or multiple transaction coordinators?
No, Christine Matus will personally be your Transaction Coordinator and handle all of the details and communication with all parties. From time to time you may be contacted by an assistant upon file intake if we need a phone number or other missing information we need to get started.
What if my office is far away from you?
As a virtual company, we work entirely paperless with agents and brokers across Florida. You do not need to be located near our office in order for us to work with you.
