Enter into showing time. Agent to provide gate access information. Lockbox code or supra info. Name and phone number to call for an appointment or as a courtesy call.

Update Virtual tour or single property website as needed. Insert links into various online websites.
Post your Virtual tour or video to your YouTube account.
Post on your Facebook business page and Linkedin account.
Create a PDF flyer from your existing template.
Send seller thank for listing with us an email, copy of executing paperwork, links to marking, copy of MLS sheet.
Update your CRM
Such as Top Producer, Skyslope, appfiles, etc. with your listing information
Update listing with price changes through the course of the listing.
Will post open houses or broker opens as needed through the course of the listing.
Obtain HOA/Condo Documents
Will obtain application and community documents when possible and add them to MLS.
